FEEDING DESIRE
Nervously Adele decides to ask the Professor , now Gerard, to dine at her apartment on Fifth Avenue. Cooking is not her strongest point, so she asks her godfather, a chef in Lindy's Restaurant to prepare the seafood she has bought. Whilst she waits, lingering over a coffee, she gazes at the movie stars photos on the surrounding walls. Uncle Guido appears, excitedly telling her he has prepared Crab Bisque, Sole Veronique, and Lobster Thermidor for them. Will that suitably impress her beau's French taste buds? She hopes so!
`Feeding Desire' outfit consists of the following: Dupion silk pants in the brightest of aqua blues, magenta, and ochre. Short swing jacket,is lined with magenta moire taffeta, and has a cosy mink collar. A complimentary hanknit vest in lilac cotton, is enhanced with glittery blackcurrant stitches,and a silver enamelled Dragonfly brooch. The silk hat is adorned with a silver beaded wired Dragonfly, which can be repositioned. The silk bag has a Dragonfly pin also at front, and is lined with magenta taffeta. The purple pearlised court shoes have aqua swirl patterns. There is also a necklace and bead cluster earings. A basket of provisions, including vegetables, a crab, sole and lobster, is included although not shown.
